CARES Act Tax Credit Application | 2022 ERC Eligibility & Rebate Service Updated

Employers can use a new simplified application process to maximize their Employee Retention Tax Credits (ERTC) for 2020 and 2021. The recently updated 15 Minute Refund program from the ERC Tax Group can be completed with no financial expertise, and no risk if the company does not qualify for a rebate.

Launched by a firm of ERTC specialist CPAs, the 15 Minute Refund program guarantees each employer their maximum allowable rebate, with a minimum time commitment. The updated application process uses a team of dedicated specialists to pre-qualify applicants, maximize their rebates, and complete the required paperwork.

To begin the updated application process, business owners will be asked to complete the ERC Tax Group eligibility assessment. The entire assessment consists of 10 simple questions and can be completed in approximately one minute, without sharing any proprietary business information.

Eligible employers will receive a link to a secure server, where they can complete the 15 Minute Refund program with assistance from the CPA team. They will be asked to upload several documents, after which they will receive an estimate on their maximum allowable rebate, and the CPA team will begin the paperwork.

Employers that have already received a Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan can still qualify for rebates using the updated program. It is also available for non-profit organizations, startups, new businesses founded during the pandemic, and any business with between 5 and 500 W-2 employees.

The 15 Minute Refund program helps employers claim up to $26,000 per employee in tax credits, which will be delivered as a check in the mail from the IRS. There is no risk to using the program, and any company that does not qualify for and receive a rebate, will not be charged.

Recent satisfied clients of the 15 Minute Refund program include a Nashville-based presentation design agency, which claimed a rebate of $162,979 with 19 W-2 employees. The program also helped a restaurant owner in Houston, Texas, to claim $400,000 in tax credits, for wages paid to 80 W-2 employees.
