Goldrich Kest Appoints Newport Beach Resident As VP Of Construction

Newport Beach resident Chris Wright has been named Vice President of Construction for Goldrich Kest, one of Southern California’s largest privately owned Real Estate investors, builders and property managers, announced company CEO Mike E. Drandell. In that position, he will be responsible for directing all phases of the Culver City, California-headquartered company’s pre-construction and construction endeavors including new project development and renovating and rehabilitating existing properties.

Wright is an industry veteran who most recently served as Director of Development and Construction for a privately held, family-owned investment organization with over $3 billion in real estate assets. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Redevelopment for a real estate investment trust whose $12 billion portfolio consisted of multi-family and mixed-use properties. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in construction management from the University of Florida.
