Jennifer Perlmutter Gallery’s newly revamped gallery space in Carmel-By-The-Sea, CA, integrates and consolidates all artistic and business functions formerly spread across this gallery and the now-closed Lafayette, CA gallery location, effective immediately.
The Camel-By-The-Sea gallery provides a renewed exhibition space as well a new focus on both Jennifer’s own original and highly-sought-after artwork as well as the works of two select artists, Karen Folgner and Mary Oros.
This refocusing allows Jennifer to pursue her own unique work with renewed energy and commitment, while consolidating all business and exhibition functions in the Carmel-By-The-Sea gallery space.
While the now-closed beloved bank-vault Lafayette gallery allowed Jennifer to represent many artists, she realized she needed more flexibility to allow her own artistry to flourish and follow new and exciting artistic directions. “While the Lafayette gallery was a great space for both our artists and the community, the changes in the retail environment over the last couple of pandemic years suggested it was time to focus all our efforts on the Carmel-By-The Sea gallery”, said Ms. Perlmutter.
To reflect this renewed commitment to her craft, Jennifer has also completely revamped and streamlined her website, jenniferperlmuttergallery.com, which features a greatly-enhanced user interface that allows Jennifer to rapidly inform interested art-lovers about new artwork the instant it’s available, with beautiful photography and enhanced art descriptions. The new website smoothly and beautifully represents Jennifer’s art in the best possible light.
The gallery is located in the world famous village of Carmel-by-the-Sea on California’s Monterey Pennisula, just 45 minutes North of Big Sur and two hours South of San Francisco. The gallery participates in year-round Second Saturday Art Walks, charitable projects and community programs through Carmel-By-The-Sea Sunset Rotary. And supports youth in the arts through mentorship and funding.
